About the Lab:

The “Abolition for All Time” Humanities Lab at Knox College invites students, faculty, and staff, from all disciplines and skill levels to produce digital and creative projects. Many of the lab’s projects center on theme of abolition, both as a historical legacy of the college’s foundation and as a movement for social justice and activism today. The lab is also the first and only digital humanities lab on campus, specializing in the development of digital pedagogy for courses, student mentorship, and creating digital humanities programming on campus.

Please browse the lab’s website, www.knoxabolitionlab.org, to view lab projects, programming, tutorials, and other resources. The lab’s tutorial guides provide step-by-step instructions for individual skills to build digital projects.
